Double fish soup: It is cooked from gutted small fish with removed gills. The fish should be thoroughly washed in running water and boiled in boiling water for 20 minutes, removing the foam. Strain the broth and cook the second portion of small fish in it. Strain the broth again, add pearl barley, potatoes, onions, and cook until the barley is half cooked. Add salt, spices, bring to a boil, and add sliced large fish. After 10 minutes, the fish soup is ready.
